Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please note that once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Orders will be processed immediately to ensure in-time delivery.
Eligible products can only be returned for a store credit. Return requests must be submitted to us within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. The 30-day warranty covers only defective products. If you just don’t like the product or you ordered the wrong colour, we will give you a 30% discount on your next purchase.
In the interest of hygiene and our community, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products
- Underwear/Dessous and swimwear, unless the product is clearly unopened.
- Hats and hair ornaments, unless unworn and the labels are still in place.
- Earrings and body jewellery – we cannot refund or exchange any earrings or body jewellery.
- Duvets, pillows and bed linen, unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products and towels. We accept returns only if they are in a saled condition with unbroken seals and packaging,
- Food and beverages unless they are unopened with seals and intact shrink wrap.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note stating your full name, an email you provided in the order, and the order number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. For all eligible returns only a shop credit will be offered.
STORE CREDIT (if applies)
You will receive an e-mail notification when a shop balance has been processed. When you return an item for credit, it is reviewed upon receipt and a credit is issued when approved.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applies)
We replace articles for you if they are defective or damaged. For processing, please send us a picture of the defective or damaged product for evaluation within 24 hours of receipt of the products at [email protected]
